ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2670 imposing restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida organisations.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2670 concerning sanction measures in connection with individuals, firms, or bodies associated with terrorist organizations Al-Qaida and / or the ISIL has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
It amends the list of sanctioned parties set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 by replacing the records of four individuals and one entity on the list all of which remain subject to asset freezing measures. The affected parties and their new records are as follows:
