Compliance table on Guidelines on methodology oversight function and record keeping requirements

Following the publication of the Guidelines on methodology, oversight function and record keeping (ESMA81-393-288) under the BMR, which became applicable from 31 May 2022. ESMA has published an update on the corresponding compliance table.
The table sets out which member states comply or intend to comply with the guidelines and – in latter case – by which date such compliance is expected. The table also provides links to the corresponding (confirmation) publications of the member states. The guidelines also describe issues benchmark administrators shall consider if exceptional circumstances mandate any material change of a benchmark.
The new table indicates an update to the compliance status of Bulgaria from „intends to comply“ to “comply“.
