A corrigendum to Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/582 concerning sanction measures imposed due to activities threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence of Ukraine was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The corrigendum simply modifies the Annex of the 2022 Council decision and thus – indirectly – the Annex I of Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP by correcting the date of birth in the identifying information of one sanctioned individual. The affected person is
Entry # 1052 pertaining to Irina Anatolievna KOSTENKO. Her date of birth must read „DOB: 8.5.1967“ instead of „DOB: 4.4.1974“.
