A corrigendum to Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1045 concerning sanction measures in view of activities that undermine the sovereignty of the Republic of Moldova or threaten democracy and stability in the Republic was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The corrigendum modifies the Annex of the 2023 Council Implementing Regulation and thus the first Annex of Council Regulation (EU) 2023/888 by replacing the identifying information of the person listed under entry # 5, namely Vladimir Gheorghe PLAHOTNIUC, to now read as follows – as quoted:
