A corrigendum to Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/419 as regards sanction measures „in view of the situation in Belarus“ and Belarus‘ support of Russia’s aggression towards Ukraine was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The Implementing Regulation itself modified Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 pertaining to same issue to update the records of several already sanctioned entities and persons.
The corrigendum now modifies one entry in the Annex of the Implementing Regulation where the date of birth was incorrectly stated. The affected entry is the following:
(1) Entry #125 – Mikhail Safarbekovich GUTSERIEV
His birth date should read „DOB: 09.03.1958“ instead of „DOB: 09.05.1958“.
