A corrigendum to Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1462 – which itself modifies Council Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 to permit in relation to restrictive measures concerning Syria until February 24, 2024 certain financial transactions and under special circumstances the release of frozen funds for humanitarian purposes – was published on EUR-Lex on July 20, 2023.
The corrigendum simply corrects the wrong „made date“ of Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1462 which actually was July 14 rather than July 17, 2023. Therefore, the corrigendum corrects the cover page of the regulation, its title, and the concluding formula (Done at Brussels, XXYYZZ) to replace in each case July 17 with July 14, 2023.
