A corrigendum to Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1593 – which itself modifies Council Regulation (EU) No 377/2012 to add new provisions to disapply asset freezing provisions or the prohibition on the making available of funds as long as the funds are used for purposes of providing humanitarian aid by certain organizations – was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The corrigendum simply corrects the wrong „made date“ of Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1593 which actually was August 3 rather than July 28, 2023. Therefore, the corrigendum corrects the cover page of the regulation, its title, the table of content, and the concluding formula (Done at Brussels, XXYYZZ) to replace in each case July 28 with August 3, 2023.
