Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2504 concerning asset freezing and other targeted measures directed at persons, entities, and bodies in view of their engagement in or support of actions that threaten of peace and stability in Libya was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The Implementing Regulation amends the list of natural and legal persons, entities, and bodies set out in Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2016/44 by removing one sanctioned individual from the sanctions list, namely:
Entry # 9 referring to: Name: 1: AISHA 2: MUAMMAR MUHAMMED 3: ABU MINYAR 4: QADHAFI
who is no longer subject to asset freezing measures.
