The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a press release informing about new sanction measures. Specifically, the Office announced that it has added three individuals to its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) for being engaged in the trafficking of fentanyl and other illegal drugs pursuant to Executive Order 14059. The affected persons are the following:

SANTISO AGUILA, Nelton, Mexico; DOB 20 Aug 1970; nationality Mexico; citizen Mexico; Gender Male; C.U.R.P. SAAN700820HNENGL04 (Mexico) (individual) [ILLICIT-DRUGS-EO14059].
YANG LOPEZ, Jason Antonio, Guatemala; DOB 29 Mar 1981; POB Mazatenango, Guatemala; nationality Guatemala; citizen Guatemala; Gender Male (individual) [ILLICIT-DRUGS-EO14059].
