The Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum (DRCF) – consisting of the Competition and Markets Authority, the Office of Communications, the Information Commissioner’s Office, and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) – has extended its deadline for feedback on a „call for input“ as regards the Forum’s workplan for 2023 to 2024.
To recall, the Forum would like feedback regarding (urgent) matters or actions that the participating regulators should consider for their 2023/2024 Plan. In view of the Forum’s function to collaborate on the development of coherent rules among diverse regulatory frameworks as regards digital services and technologies and to address matters in this context from various perspectives, the Forum would like to know, among others
– what policies and / or technologies the DRCF should take into account and
– what particular stakeholder groups should be paid attention to (e.g. vulnerable customers) when developing its new upcoming workplan.
Proposals and comments may now be submitted to the DRCF up to January 27, 2023.
