The European Securities and Markets Authority, ESMA, has published an updated list as of 12 April 2023, setting out all Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) and Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) applicable in the EU.
The standards thereby range from those set out under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (types of funds) to those under the European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation.
For each standard, the spreadsheet contains information on the legal basis, the corresponding consultation papers, the Commission and European Parliament review procedures, and the final effective date, if available.
