The ABBL FinTech & Innovation Forum (FIF) serves as a platform for ABBL members and FinTechs to discuss innovation and digital transformation in the banking and finance industry in Luxembourg. The forum comprises 140 representatives from 85 entities.
The first meeting centered around conversational AI, including pre-trained generative transformers like ChatGPT, and its potential impact on business organization. Use cases for generative AI were explored in areas such as compliance, finance, marketing, legal practice, and customer service. A dedicated survey was conducted among ABBL members to study the use of conversational AI in the Luxembourg financial services sector. Additionally, during the meeting, the Executive Board for 2023-2024 was appointed.
The upcoming FIF meeting has been scheduled for 16th June at 4pm. The agenda for the meeting includes a presentation by a private bank, where they will share their innovation roadmap and shed light on their collaboration with FinTech companies towards achieving digital transformation.
