The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a press release to inform about new sanction measures. Specifically, the Office added one individual to its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) due to its engagement in corruption in Guatemala pursuant to existing sanction regulations (Executive Order 13818 and 31 CFR Part 583). The affected person is the following:
