Additionally, OFAC has issued a new Iran-related General License (GL P) which permits financial transactions for purposes of winding down „any transaction involving Navyan Abr Arvan Private Limited Company or Arvancloud Global Technologies L.L.C.“. Transactions for the benefit of these two companies may only be made to frozen accounts. Please note the limited validity of the license up to July 6, 2023.
