The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has published a press release to inform of several decisions that the KNF made at its meeting on February 10, 2023. These include the following:
– a decision to extend the deadline for the indirect acquisition of shares of AEGON Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Życie SA by the Vienna Insurance Group AG of Wiener Versicherung Gruppe and Wiener Städtische Wechselseitiger Versicherungsverein-Vermögensverwaltung Vienna Insurance Group, both located in Vienna Austria, up to June 30, 2023.
– a decision to appoint members to the management Board of the following companies:
– Poviat Bank Spółdzielczy in Opole Lubelskie and
– Bank Spółdzielczy in Lipinki.
