Komunikat ws. decyzji podjętych przez Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego 24 marca 2023 r.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has published a press release to inform of several decisions that the KNF made at its meeting on March 24, 2023. These include the following, among others:
(1) The decision to withdraw the permission of several entities to conduct activities in the field of payment services due to various violations, including the reporting of relevant transaction information. The affected parties are the following:
– Grażyna Scharmach, operating the company Auto-Inwest Grażyna Scharmach;
– Pay Master sp. z o. o.
(2) The decision to permit the withdrawal of shares from trading on the Warsaw stock exchange of Grupa Żywiec SA per April 6, 2023.
Other decisions of rather lesser importance concerned the approval of a merger of the Rejonowy Cooperative Bank in Lututów (acquiring bank) with Cooperative Bank Ziemi Łęczyckiej in Łęczyca (purchasing bank), the approval of the change in depository of a fund management company (Gamma Parasol Biznesu), and the removal of Krzysztof Klimkiewicz from the list of securities brokers, among others.
