A new consolidated version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 in connection with regulatory technical standards (RTS) concerning strong customer authentication (SCA) and secure communication (SC) under the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version follows recent modifications made by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1650 which corrected the Swedish version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 concerning general obligations for access interfaces (Article 30), access interface options (Article 31), and requirements pertaining to data exchanges (Article 36).
