A new consolidated version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2178, the EU Taxonomy Disclosure Delegated Act, setting out the technical standards for the presentation of sustainable activities was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The consolidated version includes the modifications made by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1214 which specified additional disclosure requirements for businesses related to their activities in the gas and nuclear energy sectors and provided corresponding reporting templates, after these energy sources were declared to be important for the transition to carbon neutrality by the EU Commission.
