New consolidated version: Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/2272 of 15 December 2016 on the equivalence of financial markets in Australia in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance).
A new consolidated version of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/2272 as regards the equivalence of Australian financial markets (trading venues) was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version contains the modifications made by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2207 which expanded the list of trading venues deemed to be equivalent as regards the regulatory supervision and monitoring by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
