A new consolidated version of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/637 regarding technical standards as to the disclosures to be made by financial institutions pursuant to Title II and III of the Capital Requirements Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 575/2013) was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The consolidated version contains amendments which were made by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2453 and which added tables and instructions for disclosing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks of certain financial institutions.
