A first consolidated version of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2122 as regards the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for purposes of efficient and adequate calculation and reporting of GHGs and the application of an appropriate emission trading scheme was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version contains the modifications made by a recent corrigendum which corrected the wrong „made date“ of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2122. In fact, the „made date“ actually was October 17 rather than October 12, 2023 as stipulated in the original version. Therefore, the corrigendum corrected the title of the implementing regulation and the concluding formula (Done at Brussels, XXYYZZ) to replace in each case October 12 with October 17, 2023.
