A new consolidated version of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/548 as regards sanction measures directed against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea for its involvement in the production and use of weapons of mass destruction was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The consolidated version contains the amendments made by a subsequent corrigendum which modified Annex I of the 2018 Implementing Regulation to correct two erroneous entries pertaining to the sanctioned entities #72 and #73. The 2018 Implementing Regulation itself added one person, 21 entities, and 15 vessels to the list of sanctioned individuals, bodies, and entities set out in Annex XIII and Annex XIV of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 regarding same matter.
