A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 concerning restrictive measures „in view of the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The Regulation contains amendments in its Annex Ia setting out a list of sanctioned individuals, entities and bodies which were made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2401. Latter replaced the records of nine individuals that are currently on the sanction list to update the grounds for listing following a recent review of the list by the EU Council.
