A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EC) No 1210/2003 relating to sanction measures in connection with Iraq has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The consolidated version contains modifications in Annex IV setting out the list of sanctioned natural and legal persons, entities and bodies associated with the regime of former President Saddam Hussein. The modifications were made by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/580 which removed two individuals from the list. Please see EventID #20060 in this context for more information.
