A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 regarding sanction measures directed against Belarus in view of the situation in the country and its involvement in the Russian aggression towards Ukraine was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The consolidated version includes amendments in its Annex I setting out a list of sanctioned persons, entities, and bodies which was made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/419. Latter updated the records of 27 persons and entities on that sanctions list following a recent review of the list by the EU Council.
