A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) 2016/44 concerning „restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. This updated consolidated version includes the changes made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2525. Latter amended the list of natural and legal persons, entities, and bodies subject to asset freezing measures due to their engagement in or support of human rights violations or their engagement in the threatening of peace and stability in Libya and set out in Annex III to the 2016 Regulation by deleting the record of one entity on the list.
