A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) 2018/1542 setting out sanction measures directed at persons, entities, or bodies that are engaged in, supportive of, or responsible for the manufacturing and / or use of chemical weapons was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU
The consolidated version contains the amendments made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2228 which added ten persons and one entity to the sanctions list set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EU) 2018/1542. Please refer to EventID #18103 in this context for more information.
