A new consolidated version of the Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 with respect to sanction measures against individuals and entities engaged in or supportive of Iran’s nuclear program or supportive of the Iranian government was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The consolidated version contains the amendments made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2121 which modified and replaced the records of one entity in Annex IX of the 2012 Regulation. Annex IX thereby includes a list of parties for which asset freezing measures are to be applied. Please see EventID 23235 in this context for more information on this latest modification.
