A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 regarding sanction measures directed against (legal) persons, bodies, and entities „undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The document contains the most recent amendments to the Council Regulation made by
– Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/253 which removed one individual from the sanctions list set out in Annex I of the 2014 regulation – please refer to EventID #19445 in this context for more information and
– a corrigendum which corrected a spelling error in the „Identifying information“ column or the „name“ column with respect to one sanctioned person in Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/581 which subsequently modified Annex I of the 2014 regulation accordingly – please see EventID 19487 in this context for more information.
