A new consolidated version of Council Regulation (EU) No 359/2011 as regards „restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Iran“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU.
The Regulation thereby contains amendments to its Annex I including a list of sanctioned individuals, firms, and bodies which were made by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2428. Specifically, the Implementing Regulation added 20 persons and one entity to that Annex I sanctions list. Please refer to EventID #18657 in this context for more information.
