North Korea Designations; Non-Proliferation Designation

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a press release to inform about new sanction measures. Specifically, the Office added eight individuals and one entity to its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) pursuant to various U.S. sanction regulations and Executive Orders for being involved in or supportive of the North Korean missile and military program or for being engaged in cyber espionage.
