The Economic and Financial Affairs Council ( ECOFIN) has published a revised version of its document containing „information from the Presidency concerning the state of play of legislative proposals in the field of financial services“ of 9 November 2023. It distinguishes different colour-coded stages of each file.
Only one amendment has been made as compared to the previous version:
1. Due to the provisional agreement reached with the EP on 7 November 2023, the „trilogues„ on the proposed Instant Payments Regulation are „in finalisation„.
