In view of the national bank holiday in May 2023 due to the coronation of King Charles III, the Bank of England (BoE) has published a Statistical Notice (2023/02) in connection with the statistical data that must be reported to the regulator. According to the statement, the data submissions of relevant firms and institutions may be made a day later during the period from May 8 to May 31, 2023. Any „statistical returns generated on the BEEDS portal“ (Bank of England Electronic Data Submission portal) in this context will take into account the additional bank holiday.
Furthermore, the Bank will publish the „Bankstats“ for April 2023 on June 1, 2023. For more information in this context, please refer to the BoE’s Bankstats website.
