The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published a press release to inform about new sanction measures. Specifically, the Office added one individual and two entities to its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) pursuant to existing sanction regulations (Executive Order 14098) for their engagement in activities that undermine the stability and peace in Sudan. The following parties are affected and now subject to asset freezing measures:
