The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) published a press release to inform that the Supreme Administrative Court has dismissed the appeal of Investment Friends SA concerning a fine of PLN 200,000 which was imposed on the company on 10 September 2019 by the KNF for failing to fulfill its obligation to provide confidential information.
