A revised version of the United Nations Sanctions (Yemen) Regulation 2019 was published on Hong Kong e-Legislation, the official platform of the government for publicizing legal documents. The revised version includes the revisions made by the United Nations Sanctions (Yemen) Regulation 2019 (Amendment) Regulation 2023 which gave effect to certain United Nations Security Council resolutions to permit the making available of funds or the release of frozen funds for humanitarian purposes and which extended the sanction measures up to November 15, 2023.
The revised version thus contains revisions to the following parts:
