Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1715 in connection with sanctions based on human rights violations worldwide has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The implementing regulation amends the list of sanctioned natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I, Part A of Council Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 by adding six persons to that sanctions list for their engagement in or contribution to human rights violations on the Crimean peninsula. The affected individuals are the following:
1. Entry #63 – Elena Victorovna PODOLNAYA
2. Entry #64 – Denis Vladimirovich KOROVIN
3. Entry #65 – Dliaver Memetovich BERBEROV
4. Entry #66 – Vitaliy Olegovich VLASOV
5. Entry #67 – Viktor Viktorovich KRAPKO
6. Entry #68 – Anastasia Ivanovna SUPRYAGA
