ISDA, S&P Global Market Intelligence and Linklaters | CreateiQ Launch Integration to Streamline End-to-End Negotiation of Derivatives Documentation

ID 25057

ISDA, S&P Global Market Intelligence, and Linklaters have jointly announced the integration of ISDA Create with S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Counterparty Manager service. This integration aims to streamline client onboarding and contract lifecycle management by enabling the end-to-end negotiation of key derivatives contracts on a single platform.
S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Counterparty Manager offers a platform for exchanging information when establishing trading relationships. It includes ISDA Amend, an online tool facilitating modifications to multiple ISDA Master Agreements and the sharing of regulatory representations with counterparties. With this integration, organizations can utilize ISDA Create to draft, negotiate, and execute ISDA Master Agreements and other critical derivatives documents directly within Counterparty Manager consolidating all contractual relationships into a digital format accessible from one location.
This integration extends to cover all modules on the CreateiQ platform, encompassing various capital markets contracts. The launch of this integration follows a successful trial phase involving select banks and asset managers that utilized ISDA Create via Counterparty Manager to amend ISDA documentation. ISDA Create is a module of CreateiQ, a contract negotiation platform developed by Linklaters. ISDA Create serves as an online solution for financial institutions to draft, negotiate, and execute derivatives documents, including ISDA Master Agreements, online. CreateiQ powers contracting for over 300 organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and major banks.
