ESMA has updated its compliance table for the Guidelines on certain aspects of the MiFID II suitability requirements (2023 revised version) [ESMA35-43-3172] (see eventid=20583).
The compliance table shows that Belgium, Latvia, Hungary, Poland and Iceland intend to comply with dates in the past, Germany intends to comply by 21 December 2023.
