The Securities and Futures (Trading Venues for Derivatives Contracts in the United States of America) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 were published on Singapore Statutes Online, the official website of the Singapore government for publicizing legal texts. The Regulations modify the Securities and Futures (Trading Venues for Derivatives Contracts in the United States of America) Regulations 2019 by revising the list of recognized trading venues that are subject to the US Commodity Exchange Act and the supervision of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in the U.S. and thus exempt from the registration or recognition requirements set out in section 7(1) of the Securities and Futures Act. The list is revised as follows:
1. Radial-X, LLC is added to the list under item 16A.
2. RTX Fintech & Research LLC is added to the list under item 17A.
3. Items 18 und 19 referring to SwapEx LLC and TeraExchange, LLC have been removed.
4. SpectrAxe LLC has been added as new item 18.
