Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1098 of 5 June 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 concerning restrictive measures against serious human rights violations and abuses

Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1098 in connection with sanctions based on human rights violations worldwide has been published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. It amends the list of sanctioned natural persons set out in Annex I, Part A to Council Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 by adding nine individuals to that sanctions list. The affected persons are the following:
