Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/253 as regards sanction measures directed against persons, entities, or bodies engaged in „actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The Implementing Regulation modifies the sanction list set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 by deleting one person from the list. The removed individual is the following:
