New Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/378 regarding sanction measures „in view of the situation in Myanmar/Burma“ was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The Implementing Regulation amends the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies – the sanctioned parties – set out in Annex IV of Council Regulation (EU) No 401/2013 by adding a total of nine persons and seven entities to the list. The affected parties are the following:
