Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/419 of 24 February 2023 implementing Article 8a of Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in the Russian aggression against Ukraine

Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/419 concerning restrictive measures due to human rights violations and violations against the own population and political opposition of the Lukashenko regime and its support of Russia in its aggression towards Ukraine was published in the Official Journal (OJ) of the EU. The Implementing Regulation modifies the list of sanctioned persons, entities, and bodies set out in Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 to update some information on the persons, entities, and bodies, and / or to update the reasons for the sanction measures of affected parties. The Regulation thereby modifies a total of 27 records.
