CSSF and CAA joint conference on EMIR Refit Reporting and EMIR Data Quality Supervision

ID 23069

The CSSF and CAA are hosting in-person events on EMIR Reporting on 5-7 June 2023 at the CSSF’s premises in Luxembourg.
As a reminder, on 20 December 2022, ESMA has published the final guidelines for reporting under EMIR to provide clarifications on the (revised) reporting regime and to ensure the consistent implementation of the obligations, thereby covering a wide array of issues ranging from the delegation of reporting requirements among counterparties, to the population of individual data fields (see our corresponding eventid=18921).
The upcoming events aim to raise awareness about the EMIR Refit Reporting, which will take effect on 29 April 2024, and to present the new EMIR Data Quality Strategy.
The sessions will run from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, followed by a cocktail. The event is free of charge and open to interested market participants. The number of participants is limited to 45 external participants per session, and each entity or association is allowed one participant and one session on a first-come, first-served basis.
Due to high demand, an additional session has been added on 7 June 2023, and the registration for the event is closed. Entities that have already communicated two participants will be contacted by CSSF to reschedule the participants.
