The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has issued two revised forms in connection with the application for a capital markets services license. The affected forms are:
Form 1A – „Application for a Capital Markets Services Licence for Fund Management Company“
Form 1V – „Application for a Capital Markets Services Licence for Venture Capital Fund Manager“
It is essential, so the regulator, to also read guidance SFA 04-G05 on the „Licensing, Registration and Conduct of Business for Fund Management Companies“ and to follow the instructions in the user guide for e-lodgements when filing the forms.
