On 13 Dezember 2023, DNB published information about the reporting set of the bridging plan.
Pursuant to Article 150p of the Pensions Act, Pension funds that are expected to proceed with a group value transfer, have the option to submit a bridging plan for 2024 to DNB. The reporting set for this plan must be submitted to DNB between 1 January 2024 and no later than 1 July 2024.
The 2024 bridging plan reporting set consists of four components, including a general questionnaire, a coverage ratio template for the bridging period, a coverage ratio template (recovery plan template) for justifying compliance with the (minimum) required own funds if the pension fund does not meet this requirement on 31 December 2023, and a template reporting net benefit outcomes with explanatory questions.
The reporting set must be submitted through Mijn DNB, Dienst Toezicht aanvragen (My DNB, Supervision Service requests).
