DNB has shared the fourth WTP (Wet Toezicht Pensioenfondsen) monitoring questionnaire with pension funds in the „My DNB“ environment, which was designed for faster and more transparent communication with DNB combining the Digital Supervision Portal (DLT) and Digital Reporting Portal (DLR).
Pension funds can submit their answers via „My DNB“ by 3 November 2023.
The questionnaire regards the transition to a new pension scheme for pension funds. This survey is a joint effort between DNB and AFM to avoid burdening the sector with duplicate requests. The purpose is to understand the preparations pension funds are making for the transition and the associated risks. The information will help DNB and AFM allocate their supervisory resources where the highest risks exist. This survey is repeated twice a year during the transition period, and previous answers will be shown to streamline the process. The responses from version three of the questionnaire have been included. If the answer has not changed, funds can easily copy the previous response with one click, as requested by the industry.
The WTP monitoring questionnaire is being shared with the entire sector for their awareness.
The data collected will be used to provide feedback to the sector by the end of 2023 or early 2024. Based on the responses, DNB and AFM may take appropriate supervisory actions to facilitate the transition.
