Règlement CSSF N° 23-02 du 30 juin 2023

The CSSF published Regulation N° 23-02 of 30 June 2023 on the fixation of the counter-cyclical buffer rate for Q3 2023.
In accordance with Article 59-7 of the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector, based on the documented elements in Appendix 1 (Elements considered for setting the applicable countercyclical buffer rate) and the recommendation of the Systemic Risk Committee of 8 June 2023 regarding the fixation of the counter-cyclical buffer rate for Q3 of the year 2023, documented in Appendix 2 (Recommendation of the Systemic Risk Committee of June 8, 2023 concerning the setting of the countercyclical buffer rate for the third quarter of 2023 (CRS/2023/002)), the counter-cyclical buffer rate applicable to relevant exposures in Luxembourg remains set at 0.50% for Q3 2023.
This regulation became effective on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, hence on 30 June 2023.
